PIZZA MAKES ME HAPPIER 🍕 . Stasera abbiamo provato una nuova pizzeria che usa solo lievito madre e fa anche impasto integrale o multicereali e utilizza mozzarella senza lattosio. Certo, la scelta è ancora molto limitata per me in fatto di ingredienti, ormai quelle che prendiamo sono sempre più o meno le stesse, ma queste erano particolarmente buone, con ingredienti freschi e leggerissimi . La prima con gamberi argentini e la seconda con verdure grigliate . Un’ottima scoperta in questo sabato sera che fa partire la serata con il piede giusto! #basillovespizza 💙

Nothing makes me feel better than a run, especially one on a trail! 🌳 These pancakes have chocolate chips inside and are topped with peanut butter! ———————————————————————— SUPER EASY Blender Pancakes 1/2 cup rolled oats 1 banana 3/4 cup water Blend and you have your pancake batter! I can’t even say it yet. 🙅🏻‍♀️ . . PROTEIN HOT CHOCOLATE 🍫: - 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder. - 1.5 cup hot water (but not boiling). - monk fruit sweetener to taste (usually only a few drops needed). - 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (blended in either with hand mixer or blender). - top with SoDelicous Coco Whip + enjoy! . . PUMPKIN SPICE CASHEW LATTÉ 🎃: - 1.5 cup cashew milk (steamed + frothed). - 1 tbsp pumpkin puree - pumpkin spice to taste - monk fruit sweetener to taste - take all ingredients aside from milk and mix well. - remove foam from milk and blend ingredients with rest of milk. - reheat if needed + top with foam! . . Long-Term Energy ⚡ Majority of the time, we feel like we can never do anything productive because we say we don't have the energy.. When most of the time, what people don't realise is that we're not using or gaining it from the right source of energy! We're set up to believe that the things on the left side are going to set us up and fuel us for the day when really they only give you a short-term boost, leaving you feel tired (and sometimes worse) afterwards 💤 Although, you absoloutley can have them as I know quite a few coffee addicts and I do enjoy a decaf coffee myself! However, you don't need to rely on them as a main source when they are things that might be draining your energy and we can use natural remedies to cure it! They're actually easier than you may think too! The best way to solve a problem, is always at the root of the issue and preventing it from there rather than using things that may hide it for a few hours. It's kinda like putting a wet plaster on a cut knowing it will most likely fall off with movement and not help heal it at all! C'était super bon ! 😍 Et assez pauvre en calories. . 📊 Macros (pour la totalité du plat) :. 488 kcal - 41G - 16L - 26P . 📜 Ingrédients : 1 pers . 🥞Crêpes: 20g farine universelle SG 20g farine de pois-chiche 12g amandes moulues 10g graines de lin moulues 1 pincée de bicarbonate (ou levure chimique) 1 c.c. vinaigre de cidre Un peu d'eau pour ajuster la texture . 🍲Chili: 20g émincé de protéines de soja texturées 30g oignon en morceaux 30g poivron rouge en dés 110g aubergine en petits dés 1 gousse d'ail émincée 50g coulis de tomate 10g Ketchup light Un peu d'épices "Chipotle" ou parpika fumé Un peu de cumin Sel . 🥑Guacamole de brocoli: 100g brocoli 40g avocat Épices (cumin, paprika, piment...) 1 c.c. jus de citron . 🥣 1) Réhydrate les protéines de soja dans de l'eau bouillante (ou du bouillon végétal ou eau + sauce soja) 2) Prépare les crêpes comme une recette traditionnelle. 3) Égoutte et presse les protéines de soja pour retirer l'excédent d'eau. 4) Fais revenir les protéines de soja, l'oignon, l'ail, le poivron et l'aubergine dans une poêle avec du spray cuisson 0kcal. 5) Ajoute le reste des ingrédients et laisse mijoter. Here is an example of how not only switching to more whole foods will help your waist line but it will also help your overall health. . Don’t just take my word for it though. In this feb 2019 randomized controlled trial, ultra-processed diets caused excess calorie intake which in turn led to weight gain unlike the unprocessed food diet. (1) . Another feb 2019 study published in the journal of the American medical association linked an increase in consumption of ultraprocessed foods w with a higher risk of all-cause mortality. (About a 14% high risk of all-cause mortality for every 10% increase in processed foods) (2). . A 2014 study by Public Health Nutrition found that people who cook at home 6-7 nights a week compared to those who eat out often, save on average 150 calories per day - that’s 1,050 calories a week! Not to mention the hydrogenated oils, fillers & added sodium you avoid by cooking your own food. (3) . Now, it’s not about being perfect! If most of your diet comes from whole foods and trusted brands that have minimally processed ingredients, there will still be room for fun foods when the occasion strikes or if you want a tasty teat. . W odchudzonej wersji smakuje równie dobrze jak tradycyjny wypiek🤩 Co będziemy potrzebować? PRE-WORKOUT FOODS Hey guys here are some my favourite foods that I will eat before I workout. Fuelling my body with proper nutrition before working out will allow me to train harder and make the most of my workout. While we all have different nutritional requirements, these known foods which have the perfect balance of fats, carbs and protein - they can stave off hunger, fuel your body, fight fatigue and even aid recovery. Buona sera fam! Vi avevo promesso questa ricetta entro oggi ed eccomi qua. È stato un esperimento decisamente riuscito 😍 cosa ho utilizzato: ➡️20g di farina di riso ➡️30g di farina integrale ➡️1 banana schiacciata (110g) ➡️50g di albume ➡️20g di burro di arachidi ➡️1 cucchiaino di lievito per dolci ➡️more q.b. Procedimento: Mischiare tutti gli ingredienti e cuocere in forno a 200gradi per 12 minuti e poi a 180gradi per altri 3 minuti. Si può lasciare in frigo una notte e mangiarlo il giorno dopo! BORONÍA.🍲. Os presentamos un guiso de garbanzos con un toque exótico..hierbabuena.🌿 No estamos seguros del origen de este plato, sólo de qué es especial.. ahí va!. . 📝Ingredientes: -Garbanzos -Calabaza -Pimiento -Cebolla (-Morcilla/ chorizo) La receta original es con chorizo pero a nosotros nos gusta más la morcilla o si queréis opción vegetariana sin nada de esto. -Hierbabuena -Ajo -AOVE -Pimentón. . 👩‍🍳Preparación: 0. Poner garbanzos a remojo la noche anterior.😉 1. En una olla hacemos sofrito con ajo, cebolla y pimiento. 2. Añadir la sal, el pimentón, la calabaza y rehogar. 3. Por último añadimos la morcilla, los garbanzos y la hierbabuena ycubrimos con agua y ponemos la olla a presión. 4.
