Dzień 1️⃣8️⃣/9️⃣0️⃣ Mimo zmęczenia i aury za oknem udało się zrobić całe Slim Fit, 45 minut pocenia, ale bardzo mi się podobał trening. Lepiej wytrzymałam niż poprzednie i wracam na dobre tory. Udało się go skończyć przed 24 😀 dobra energia mnie nie opuszcza. Cały dzień to około 8 tys kroków. W pracy dzisiaj pizza day a ja w porze obiadowej zrobiłam mały cheat i zjadłam tylko jeden kawałek, który udało się wypocić. Bez żalu, zadowolona ☺️ Śniadanie to kanapki z ciemnego pieczywa, serka wiejskiego i chudej szynki. Obiad kotleciki warzywno-wieprzowe z chudego mięsa plus kasza i pokrojoną czerwona papryka a na kolację dwa małe tosty z szynka i chudym serem ciemnego pieczywa. W międzyczasie jogurt, marchewki, same dobre rzeczy ☺️ Woda 🔺 małymi kroczkami więcej. #psyche znacznie lepsze mimo różnych stresów w ciągu dnia 🙂 Czas się przygotować do kolejnego dnia ‼️ Dziękuję za każde wsparcie ❤️ Dobrej nocy fajterki. Dirty bulking is a waste of time. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ -Calculate TDEE (total daily energy expenditure)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ -Add slight surplus to your TDEE (I would start with ~500kcal)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ -Track your weight (raise or lower calories if needed) Taking pics helps with knowing how much fat you are gaining.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ -Track your progress in the gym: weights, reps, intensity etc ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ -If you are not making progress, check your routine. Too much sets or taking every set to failure can hinder your progress too. Overtraining is a real thing. Anavar (Oxandrolone) is a DHT Anavar is a mildly Anabolic weak Androgenic AAS that is fantastic for Muscular Development but leaves much to be desired in the area of Strength. Anavar combats Osteoporosis in women to a degree, but over use can actually cause Bone Density Loss. So cycling should be applied. Women should not stay on long term. Due to its affinity for the SHGB, Anavar increases Libido and Bioavailability, however long term use can cause a depletion in Sex Drive for women. Anavar rapidly increases Collagen production which aids in Tightening skin, Healing of Injuries including Burns, and Fast Recovery in the Gym. Other more Androgenic Compounds do better for Males however, Tbol is a good option out of all of these for men. Anavar can lead to Hairloss in women, change of Menstrual Cycles, and Acne. While men have relatively no sides from Anavar it’s important to remember that the Loss of Hair and Insulin Resistance can be triggered for both. Anavar does not convert to Oestrogen but has been shown to elevate Natural Oestrogen Levels substantially by Endocrine Response and thus rebounds can occur and Blockers should be kept on hand. Anavar should not be taken with Blood Pressure Medication which thins the blood. Women who become pregnant while on cycle need to come off immediately. Anavar and Birth Control together cause a Progesterone Response in the body and increase Oestrogen stores so women on birth control may experience a struggle with losing body fat while on an Anavar cycle. Anavar is not Hepatotoxic, but your Liver Enzymes will elevate so taking Tudca is highly recommended. Dosing: Women should apply Anavar 3x a day at 10mg to stay stable and avoid Virilization (Masculine Traits). Men can take 40mg 3x a day without much concern Anavar does not assist in fatloss that is a big (fat) myth.

Proviron is a DHT Proviron has low anabolic potential and weak androgenic response. As an AAS compound proviron is a low gains compound. So the question is, why is it so widely used? Proviron suppresses the aromitization of every family of testosterone. What is this? Aromitization is the conversion of test hydrocarbons to other variations of hormones such as estradiol, oestrogen, dihydrotestosterone (DHT). This causes a more stable libido and mood while on cycle, but it also increases the bioavailability of the compounds you’re on Summary Proviron increases bioavailability and effectiveness of the compounds you’re on. Because it suppresses aromitization you also do not need to take as many blockers. (Which is far healthier for liver function). However there is more: Proviron has little to no hepatotoxicity which means it can be run for extended periods of time without damage to liver function It also can be run with a PCT because it does not impede natural FHS production. Thus it keeps you up while your natural levels recover. It can be taken with Clomid or hcg, however it is more necessary to run with Clomid than hcg. Proviron is a DHT and over use can lead to hair loss, and androgenic alopecia. Therefore, running 2000mcg of cinnamon a day is necessary while running Proviron. Always take liver support and if your hair falls out we can get it back with our treatment plan previously posted
